Return & Refund Policy
Here at Heartium Company, we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. If you want to return any items in your delivered order, you need to get in touch with the Heartium team within 24 hours of delivery. Return will be accepted only if it meets the return eligibility criteria of that product or category the product belongs to.
Make a video of unboxing the courier, if the delivered product is damaged before the delivery, you can notify the Heartium Company Team which will either replace the product or provide refund after collecting the expired product.
If your return is accepted, refunds will be initiated immediately. Delivery charges are not refundable.
